Vidal Hypnosis provides hypnosis-based coaching services for personal and professional performance improvement. Our services are delivered through private 1:1 sessions conducted remotely. Submitting a consultation application does not guarantee acceptance into a coaching program. All engagements are at the sole discretion of Cody Vidal.

3. Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Vidal Hypnosis is a coaching service, not a licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic practice. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please consult a licensed healthcare provider. By using our services, you acknowledge that hypnosis coaching is intended for performance improvement and personal development, not clinical treatment.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services. By submitting a consultation application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Consultation Applications

Information submitted through our consultation application form is used solely to evaluate fit and prepare for a potential coaching engagement. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party.

6. Payment and Refunds

Pricing and payment terms for coaching packages are discussed during the consultation and agreed upon before any engagement begins. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Vidal Hypnosis.

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session. Vidal Hypnosis reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

8. Confidentiality

9. Intellectual Property
